UBC’s Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Interest Group consists of a group of passionate individuals from various disciplines that support the work of MSF (aka Doctors Without Borders). The group is committed to raising awareness about MSF and global health issues. We organize speaker events, film nights, seminars, interactive workshops, and advocacy campaigns. We also plan fundraisers, such as concerts and The Fast. Ultimately, we hope to encourage medical workers to consider working with MSF when they become professionals. Students can get involved by participating in leadership and volunteer opportunities that are available throughout the year.
