Thank you to the iA Financial Group who has generously donated $25,000 towards the UBC Nepal Sexual and Reproductive Health Education Project!
This project aims at empowering youth and improving the overall health of adolescents in rural Nepal. The team has been collaborating closely with Creating Possibilities Nepal and Tharu community health workers in the rural Dang region of Nepal to educate youth on sexual and reproductive health. This donation will go towards training and supporting local community health workers and CP Nepal workers to continue these educational efforts, as well as support the improvement of the educational sessions and curriculum that was developed in 2021.
