The following are required forms to be completed for students in Years 1-4 in the Faculty of Medicine’s participating in UBC global health activities or out-of-country curricular or extracurricular education, service, or research activities.
Students should refer to their Policy and Procedures Manual or in the Global Health section in Entrada for procedures concerning international opportunities.
