Speaker:  Kylie Hutchinson
Kylie Hutchinson, principal consultant with Community Solutions, combines her formal education and expertise in program evaluation with over twenty years’ experience working in both the not-for-profit and public sectors as a consultant, trainer, staff person, board member, and volunteer. Kylie has conducted dozens of evaluations varying in scope and complexity that have yielded timely, relevant, and user-friendly recommendations for her clients.
Kylie also has a strong background in training, facilitation, and eLearning. She is well-known for her popular webinars and workshops and is an innovative and engaging public speaker. She has delivered the Canadian Evaluation Society’s Essential Skills Series over a dozen times in BC.  She is currently developing eLearning modules in introductory evaluation skills for the Public Health Agency of Canada and the UBC School of Population and Public Health.  She holds a diploma in Instructional Design and is on the faculty of the Justice Institute of BC’s Instructor Development Program where she teaches courses in training assessment and evaluation and conducting needs assessments.
