Want to Volunteer Abroad Next Summer?
UBC Global Health Initiative is a student-run initiative that seeks to enhance global education and provide hands-on skills training to UBC students via a series of monthly skill-building workshops. GHI also offers students the opportunity to participate in global health projects in Uganda, Honduras, India, Kenya, and even right in Canada. Many students involved in GHI projects are carrying out research projects and publishing their findings. Further, GHI is working with faculty to develop core competencies and learning objectives that will be used to drive curriculum development in global health.
